A report is a serious procedure that must be carried out in good faith, with care and responsibility. Never use this channel inappropriately or with the intent to harm or expose someone.
Please provide as much detail as possible about the facts being reported — including the nature of the violation; how and how many times it occurred; the location and date; people involved; existing evidence; and any witnesses.
